Mathews Maple is a family run business destined for great things. A father son duo started our journey off in a small sugar shack in the town of Lisbon, New York. With a small wood-fed evaporator and a freshly tapped sugar-bush, the two set off for a future they dreamed for. Now, the father son duo has broadened to a family business of five in Fine, New York and we are bigger and better than ever with a large fuel oil burning evaporator and three tapped sugar-bushes in total (for now). Our goal is to provide high quality, pure New York Maple products to all our consumers. We look forward to doing business with you!
With over 1,100 taps altogether, we run around 500 gallons of maple syrup made in a season. Sometimes more. But we don't just stop there! We create multiple different maple products derived from our high-quality syrup. From granulated maple sugar, to maple cream, to maple candies and more, we strive to give the best and most we have to offer.
